Hugo's preliminary hearing has been postponed for another two weeks. This was certainly not done at Hugo's request! Looks like more stall tactics from the prosecution! Mr. Lupas, give it up already and allow Hugo to be a member of society again!!!!

By mid morning Monday, Judge Olszewski told Hugo that he would be sentenced to 12 to 24 months on each charge of abuse of corpse. These terms would be served consecutively at the State Correctional Institution at Dallas.
