Should the escape charges against Hugo Selenski be dropped? That is the question that will be answered this week by Judge Olszewski. Isn't it ironic how something that can be proven will not produce charges but something where there is no clear, convincing evidence is going to result in a long awaited trial??? Great system Luzerne County!!!!
Just wanted to let you all know that Hugo will now be housed next to the court house. The judge declared an order despite opposition of the move by the prosecution. Way to go Judge Olszewski!
Well, looks like tomorrow will be a big day for Hugo. Several court decisions will be made related to this ongoing saga. One thing that's definite in this case is that there is never a dull moment. Well, it's Saturday morning and it's a beautiful day out. It's a good day for a hike, bike ride, or just a long walk. I haven't heard anything new on the Hugo saga. Hugo is expected to return to the jail next week from which he had previously escaped. The escape called for an all out nationwide hunt. Since then , it seems like this case makes the newpapers or television everyone. Can you imagine, one day you are just an inmate "hanging out" at a county jail and the suddenly , your name and picture are national headlines. Overnight you have become a national celebrity!! AMAZING!!
