The prosecution and defense have "presented their sides". Closing arguments are scheduled to take place on Monday morning. By the afternoon, the case will be in the hands of the jury.
How long will the jury deliberate? An hour, two hours, half a day, one day, or longer? Looks like the majority of people think there has been so much doubt created that a verdict should easily be decided Monday afternoon.
Just think it is possible that Hugo Selenski could be legally out on the streets sometime next week!!

good for Hugo though! not much effeort to defend himself against these bullshit charges. i'm hoping for a not guilty Monday night at the latest!
i really think that Pat the Rat did it all..and pinin this all on Hugo..so he can get away with it all..just like u read in the papers and hear on the News that Pat Lied about all he said about hugo ...so i hope everything goes well for Hugo..

Hugo was nothing more than the scapegoat that let them stay at his house and pin it all on him. He may have made mistakes in his past, but it isn't an excuse to automatically blame him for every other crime that happens around him. There are plenty other BAD people in our world to do it for him.
there is reasonable doubt here, so with that I would imagine not guilty.
there were just too many contradictions in this case. no one really verified another's story at all.
its just all so bizaare.
but there's also the possibility that they (the jury) can be deadlocked and a mistrial will be issued, which means this whole thing starts over again.
lets just hope everything works out for the best.
Hugo's cousin, is it Brian?, if Hugo is released, is he leaving the area or going to stay? I forgot to ask him. I think he should go visit his sister in Hawaii for a little while.

Selenski faces 2 to 4 years in prison on abuse of corpseWILKES-BARRE -- Judge Peter Paul Olszewski Jr. has ruled that Hugo Selenski cannot be retried on the“deadlocked” count of homicide in the death of Frank James.
Selenski has been found guilty only of two counts of abuse of a corpse, a misdemeanor with a maximum sentence of 2 to 4 years in prison.
His sentencing is scheduled for May 1.
