Did you see the questions that the jury panel had asked the judge. Something to the effect that what if someone was there (at the scene of the crime), but didnt pull the trigger. I guess they were asking about what degree of murder that would bring. And also they asked about credibility of witnesses, or something generally to that effect.
I guess we may get a verdict in this case today.
Deliberations were to resume this morning at 9:00 am.
But that is sooooooo much better than first degree murder and the time that takes.
I do feel bad that the victim's whose lives were lost in this and the families on both sides went through so much.
But it looks like Hugo will be out before Russin. Hopefully, they will never reaquaint themselves with each other again!!!!

Hugo Selenski was led from a district justice's office after being charged with two new counts of murder.

When the double murder trial for Hugo Selenski in Luzerne County ended without a murder conviction for the deaths of Frank James and Adeiye Keiler Wednesday, it was not the end of the road for the man who has gained national attention over the last three years.
Hugo Selenski is back at the Luzerne County jail. After his double murder trial wrapped up at the courthouse he was immediately taken to the state police barracks in Wyoming then transferred to a district justice's office where he was charged with two more murders and other crimes.
"Right now I'm not even going to think. Let Fannick do it," Selenski said, referring to his attorney. When asked if Demetrius Fannick was representing him again he added, "Oh absolutely."
Now Selenski is charged with Wyoming County pharmacist Michael Kerkowski and his girlfriend, Tammy Fassett.
Kerkowski had been missing for more than a year when investigators found both bodies in June, 2003. They were in the backyard of the home where Selenski lived in the Back Mountain of Luzerne County.
Selenski is also facing robbery, aggravated assault and firearms charges. Investigators said he fired a gun to rob Kerkowski's father a few months after the discovery of the bodies.
Selenski is now held in the Luzerne County jail without bail.
